|description  = Engine 566 GP10  diesel-electric locomotive. Pullman Palace Car 100 was built by the Pullman Manufacturing Company for the President of the Bangor and Aroostook Railroad in 1928. When the car was delivered to Mr. Percy Todd, President of the Company he was asked about his new “palace on wheels”. He responded "suits me” and the name has stuck ever since; #9151 (ex Reading 9151, MBTA 51) Built 12-62, Type RDC-1 One of the later built RDC's that was ordered by The Reading RR and sold to the MBTA in the 80's

Title / Description


Engine 566 GP10 diesel-electric locomotive. Pullman Palace Car 100 was built by the Pullman Manufacturing Company for the President of the Bangor and Aroostook Railroad in 1928.
