Cedar Point is an American Amusement Park and resort, located on the Cedar Point peninsula, in Sandusky, Ohio. The 364-acre resort features an amusement park with 17* rollercoasters, over 75 total amusement rides rides, a waterpark, two hotels, a campground, and a beach on the shore of Lake Erie.
For 15 consecutive years, from 1998-2013, Cedar Point was awarded "Amusement Today's" Golden Ticket award for the "World's Best Amusement Park". Cedar Point still holds the publication's award for "World's Best Steel Rollercoaster", with "Millennium Force".
