== Nice work on 802.22 ==
Brian, I'm an Editor in the Engineering and Computers Workgroups, among other areas, and a networking engineer myself.  I have to confess that while I knew there were desires to make the broadcast television spectrum available for other purposes, I hadn't hunted down specific proposals.
When you are ready to move this to mainspace, perhaps I can work with you in creating a Related Articles page, or, if your class rules permit, establish a stub article and definition and "cluster" of subpagess, and you can move in the 802.22 article when ready. It looks like the [[IEEE Project 802]] page needs updating!
I'm interested in, and available, to read, comment and edit when you want such help. [[User:Howard C. Berkowitz|Howard C. Berkowitz]] 21:48, 13 March 2011 (UTC)

Nice work on 802.22

Brian, I'm an Editor in the Engineering and Computers Workgroups, among other areas, and a networking engineer myself. I have to confess that while I knew there were desires to make the broadcast television spectrum available for other purposes, I hadn't hunted down specific proposals.

When you are ready to move this to mainspace, perhaps I can work with you in creating a Related Articles page, or, if your class rules permit, establish a stub article and definition and "cluster" of subpagess, and you can move in the 802.22 article when ready. It looks like the IEEE Project 802 page needs updating!

I'm interested in, and available, to read, comment and edit when you want such help. Howard C. Berkowitz 21:48, 13 March 2011 (UTC)
