This page lists some of the things that should be institutionalized but not directly in the charter. Points to be addressed in the charter are collected at CZ:Charter drafting/Things to address but not in charter.
- How to decide about editorship?
- How to decide about technical features, e.g. new subpage types?
- Policies: Neutrality policy, approval policy, style policy, user page use policies, etc.
- Statistics: how are we doing? That has to include read counts, not only creation statistics. Definition of success might be in the charter.
