The image is showing thirteen year old Bobby Driscoll receiving his Academy Award for the movies THE WINDOW, 1949 and SO DEAR TO MY HEART, 1948, presented by Donald O'Connor.
No free or public domain images have been located for this film historic event. (Bobby Driscoll was the ninth of only twelve children/juveniles in Hollywood's history to ever receive such an award).
