There was no response to the above, so I have tackled the problem myself. Having drafted a verbal explanation, I have found some of it repeated under the heading of "history" so I have done some deleting. I plan some further clarification and I hope to deal with criticisms of Keynesianism elsewhere and then delete the references to it from this article. There was no response to the above, so I have tackled the problem myself.
