Howard, the short answer is "no. That is simply virtually impossible at this stage of CZ's growth ... and it will probably be virtually impossible for many, many months to come.

I'm not displeased to hear that -- I have been filling in such linked articles before putting a number of articles into "developed" status. Other than that, the article seems fine to me. I wish I could find some Military and Computers editors for mine!

For the record, my take on approval is more one of accuracy but not necessarily meaning complete. We should expect approved articles to continue to improve on the draft page. So i can definitely live with red links but it would be nice to have all three compulsary subpages with some content, even if not perfect. Chris Day 00:35, 17 September 2008 (CDT)

Chris, the Bibliography subpage has now been created and populated. The article now has the Related Links, the Bibliohgraphy and the External Links subpages created and populated. And now it is beddy-bye for me. Milton Beychok 02:42, 17 September 2008 (CDT)

As for how to get the approval process started you need to make edits similar to the ones below on the metadata page.

The subpage url is only required if approving a specific subpage (usually used instead of the article url). If you want the whole cluster approved then check yes for cluster. The article url is the version you are approving. Note it is a specific version not the general link to which ever the latest version happens to be. This means that changes made after you have started the approval process must also be endorsed before the constable complete the final approval. Finally, the date you set is the one for when approval will be finalised if there are no objections. This is usually about 3-4 days but can be more, or extended depending on the circumstances. A suggestion only, which has nothing to do with approval. I wonder if it might be worthwhile, given magenta links are OK, to stubs or articles either on the actual division names, or a variant that is more appropriate for an article title. :Chris, Before Howard nominated the article for approval today, he relocated the TOC ... with which I have no problem. However that left the reference [2] hanging at the beginning of the third line in the second paragraph of the introduction section. I would like to change the word "about" in that paragraph to "approximately" because that would move the reference [2] so that it was not at the beginning of a line. Would that mean that the approved version has to be re-dated? If so, can Howard or I do that or can you or someone else do it? Please let me know.
