I have stated some basics to kick off work on this topic, and look forward to input from others. I have been wondering, though: should this be 'European ''Community''' Law, or 'European ''Union''' law? It seems to be popularly referred to as the European Union, but also, the treaty of Nice merged the Treaty of the EU and the Treaty of the EC. From that point is referred to in my texts as the Union, and not the Community. Thanks. --[[User:Louise Valmoria|Louise Valmoria]] 04:06, 8 November 2007 (CST)
