Rhaeto-Romance is a subfamily of the Romance languages, composed by three languages ranging from the Adriatic Sea to the Alps, which are:
- Friulian language, spoken in Friuli (northern Italy)
- Ladin language, spoken in the Dolomite Alps (northern Italy)
- Romansh language, spoken the Graubünden (Switzerland).
- NB — The word Ladin usually means 'Ladin language', but it can designate sometimes the whole Rhaeto-Romance subfamily or also an eastern dialect of the Romansh language.
