In general, most intelligence related articles (in the national sense) have been getting a Military Workgroup assignment, partially on the logic that grand strategy is under Military, even if the organization is primarily at the national rather than tactical level. Many references also go under History.
There are a number of workgroup assignments where it's arguable if an assignment to Politics is meant to be restricted to academic political science, and where they overlap History.
