Hi again, Vincent. It is very good that we now have someone interested in these areas, and we also generally need more authors. Don't worry about the author/editor thing: this is our ongoing experiment in CZ to make a public wiki more accurate and expertly guided. So, we editors will offer advice [and occasionally insist on its being followed:-)] where we can. You might like to make contact with Richard Jensen, who is one of the main History editors, and seems to have made some input into the Hisotry of Communism article. I will keep away from writing in it, partly because I am not expert in the area, but also because someone will have to approve the final articles. I would not be able to do so if I had made signfiicant contributions.
Good luck, and feel free to ask for advice on style or sources, if you think I might know. I made some more comments on the article Talk page. Also try Jensen for these things, he is always helpful, even if abrupt! --[[User:Martin Baldwin-Edwards|Martin Baldwin-Edwards]] 16:26, 22 September 2007 (CDT)

Welcome to the Citizendium! We hope you will contribute boldly and well. Here are pointers for a quick start, and see Getting Started for other helpful "startup" links, our help system and CZ:Home for the top menu of community pages. You can test out editing in the sandbox if you'd like. If you need help to get going, the forum is one option. That's also where we discuss policy and proposals. You can ask any user or the editors for help, too. Just put a note on their "talk" page. Again, welcome and have fun! Aleksander Stos 16:00, 21 September 2007 (CDT)
