Another possibility of a name: [[history of journalism in Nepal]].  I couldn't tell whether 1901 was a typo or not.  If not, then sentences could be usefully reordered for clarity.

GIven the present contents, I'd say "Newspapers in Nepal" or "Nepalese newspapers" would be a more accurate title
