This page currently mentions only Carnap's "elimination" of metaphysics. He was not the only writer in the tradition of logical positivism. Others of that same tradition also rejected metaphysics. In addition, Hume and other writers outside that tradition also rejected metaphysics for various reasons. Is this page a discussion of Carnap's book or is it a discussion of the general topic of anti-metaphysical leanings of various philosophers and philosophies?
