Delaware is a state on the eastern coast of the United States of America. Delaware is bordered on the south and west by Maryland, on the north by Pennsylvania, and on the east by New Jersey (mostly separated by Delaware Bay). It has coastline on the Atlantic Ocean.
Delaware ratified the U.S. Constitution on December 7, 1787 making it "The First State"[1].
