:::: This probably won't be a one-time job. Once the results of the Bot's work are clear, we may adjust the limit. At this point we shall need to run the Bot again. As progress is made on the updating of MW software, or as servers are altered or upgraded, we may also need to adjust the limit and once again run the Bot. However, I agree this will be an infrequent thing. I have no objection to using the [[User:Housekeeping Bot|Housekeeping Bot]] for this, however it should have the emergency stop button put on it's user page. (I could put this on myself, but technically policy states that I cannot alter another user's page. I don't know if this applies to Bot accounts or not.) --[[User:Chris Key|Chris Key]] 19:20, 15 June 2010 (UTC) | :::: This probably won't be a one-time job. - So far so good, Daniel. I would like to see Chris Key and Dan Nessett take a look and if they have no problems then I will join them in letting this run. ...said D. Matt Innis (talk) (Please sign your talk page posts by simply adding four tildes, ~~~~.)
- I have no problems with this Bot once an account is set up for it and the emergency stop button is put on it's user page. --Chris Key 18:51, 15 June 2010 (UTC)
- Since this is a one-time job, I do not see the need to create a dedicated account, and we can let the Housekeeping Bot do it. --Daniel Mietchen 19:14, 15 June 2010 (UTC)
- This probably won't be a one-time job. I have no objection to using the Housekeeping Bot for this, however it should have the emergency stop button put on it's user page. (I could put this on myself, but technically policy states that I cannot alter another user's page. I don't know if this applies to Bot accounts or not.) --Chris Key 19:20, 15 June 2010 (UTC)
