Located on the coast of Central Vietnam, the capital of Khanh Hoa Province is Nha Trang. Phu Yen Province is the northern border. On the west, it borders on Dac Lac and Lam Dong provinces, and Ninh Thuan Province is to the south.
It is on the main north-south National Highway 1, and National Highway 26 connects it to the Central Highlands
