:::::::::Let's not turn this into the loooonnnnnngggggg WP debate about whether TIME Magazine should be spelled that way (because Time itself did so, and insisted that others also do it) or as Time Magazine, because that was the style insisted upon by WP. My own feeling is that for CZ purposes, Spam the semi-meat, should be spelled Spam and not SPAM. Incidentally, I have a pretty good recipe for it that dates back to WWII, better than you'd think. Also, I had a Samoan girlfriend for a while who taught me to make a Samoan spam "sushi" that is *much* better than you'd think -- very elaborate, even....
