split compiler from translation system: reasons

Sorry, in my world, a compiler is a compiler. A translation system is a broader term, such as an application that translates German into English. I'd suggest we separate these two. If no one objects, I'm going to rename this back to compiler, which is what all the other articles link to.Pat Palmer 02:27, 9 May 2007 (CDT)
