We need a way to link to images via [[InterWiki]] so we don't have to store a copy of every Wikimedia Commons image in the CZ database. This article would benefit from http://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Image:WikiWiki.jpg, for example. ''<>< [[User:Tim Chambers|tbc]] 00:40, 26 February 2007 (CST)''

Anyway, we shouldn't link to images that don't exist, like this:

Also, I'm not entirely sure it's a good long-term strategy to rely on Wikimedia Commons to host our images for us.  This makes it much harder for people to make a full copy of the contents of CZ; it also puts us at the mercy of Wikimedia Commons servers, the inclusion of systematic copyright violations in which would make me quite nervous. --[[User:Larry Sanger|Larry Sanger]] 22:21, 4 March 2007 (CST)
