Yes, those articles will do as a start, the general quality seems good enough . But try to also find some general standard references in the usual chemical encyclopedias and so on, and current general reviews on the chemistry, not just the biology. Then fix them as explained in [[CZ:How to convert Wikipedia articles to Citizendium articles]], and improve them along the lines of [[CZ:Article mechanics]]. A great many of the biochemical articles in WP are more of less good enough as starting points. Make certain the images are public domain or GFDL, not fair use. But try to also find some general standard references in the usual chemical encyclopedias and so on, and current general reviews on the chemistry, not just the biology. Then fix them as explained in CZ:How to convert Wikipedia articles to Citizendium articles, and improve them along the lines of CZ:Article mechanics.
