Howdy, I have been formally educated in engineering (M.S. in Electrical Engineering from Texas A&M University), but have wide varity of interests.  I have spent the last ten years designing various types of boards (Ethernet, TDM, and processor) for telecommunications systems as well as practicing aikido.  I also have strong interests in topics such as studying efficiency (in all forms), evolution, robotics, privacy, fast automobiles, and investing (especially outside the normal of diversified or index funds).  Like [[User:Aleksander Stos]], I like parenthesis.
