Biography: I have been researching the possibility of developing a new Universal Right of Access to Financial Services, that would be constructed as a new Global Public Good (GPG) of 'Access to Financial Services'.

Having worked in the financial services industry in developing nations, I have written up a first draft of the proposed GPG. Ideally this could be updated using the new Public Financing book from the UNDP. The idea is that as we live in a monetised world, personal resources as measured in monetary terms. This means that the facilitation of a process whereby every person has access to services which promote the accumulation (through savings), consolidation (through insurance) and further acquisition (through credit) of resource bases, for use by themselves and their familiies, will substantially help in the alleviation of poverty.

I am also interested in developing ideas and thinking around a unified social theory, which may or may not be possible, although 'from each according to their ability and to each according to their wants', would seem to at least be a starting point by combining socialiam and capitalism. This is another area I would be most keen to explore. There are others, but for another time perhaps.
