While it isn't my subspecialty, I checked and found we had only a starting article on the discipline and nothing on the [[Haskell programming language]] itself. You can test out editing in the sandbox if you'd like. If you need help to get going, the forums is one option. That's also where we discuss policy and proposals. Your interest in Haskell and functional programming certainly can help. While it isn't my subspecialty, I checked and found we had only a starting article on the discipline and nothing on the Haskell programming language itself.
