This article perfectly describes me. I was not diagnosed with dyscalculia, or dyscalcula, until age 40. I tried repeatedly to complete and succeed at college algebra. I never have. I am fairly good at reading (self taught), writing and creative arts. I enjoy decorative painting and am learning how to reborn dolls. Please add to this article, if you like, as this would do a great service to all the people do not know about this little known academically disabling disorder.[[User:Mary Ash|Mary Ash]] 18:11, 11 August 2010 (UTC) |
