More generally, someone needs to go through checking every single reference to see what name of the devil is used in each one, then rearrange them into groups and discussing suggested identifications of these names with each other. Article Start
I'm providing the Biblical basis for the article, since I feel this isn't a subject addressed much or that well elsewhere on the web. There might be more to add as addressed outside the Bible, I'm just not familiar enough with such references to provide them, and am sure others can fill in anything I miss.
