Nuremberg code
As a result of the Medical Case trial at the Nuremberg Military Tribunals, the preliminary Nuremberg code: http://www.ushmm.org/research/doctors/codeptx.htm was produced, as a basic set of criteria for unacceptable experimentation.
Declaration of Helsinki
