Larry asks a very good question about whether this exists in the U.S. only. There is a current [[Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals|SPCA]] advert here in Australia with a mournful [[terrier|mutt]] trying to raise a couple of bucks with a lemonade stand, but whether that is traditional culturally based or an example of creeping Americanism, I can't tell you. The Lemonade Stand
Larry asks a very good question about whether this exists in the U.S. only. There is a current SPCA advert here in Australia with a mournful mutt trying to raise a couple of bucks with a lemonade stand, but whether that is traditional culturally based or an example of creeping Americanism, I can't tell you.
