I just redirected [[African-American cuisine]] here as part of the [[CZ:Recipes]] project, on the basis that ''soul food'' would be the most frequently-used and commonly-recognised, and ''African-American cuisine'' a tad politically correct.
Now, if anyone thinks it should be the other way round, on the basis of form or formality, by all means make your case and if others agree, switch that round.  I'm not about to get into an argument about it.

Where should this live?

I just redirected African-American cuisine here as part of the CZ:Recipes project, on the basis that soul food would be the most frequently-used and commonly-recognised, and African-American cuisine a tad politically correct.

Now, if anyone thinks it should be the other way round, on the basis of form or formality, by all means make your case and if others agree, switch that round. I'm not about to get into an argument about it.
