I am aware of that, but you never know what another author did, unless you know all these names. If Chyi is the surname, do we reverse the title, or has the Naming Conventions decided last, first for Asian names in article titles? | |||

I am aware of that, but you never know what another author did, unless you know all these names. If Chyi is the surname, do we reverse the title, or has the Naming Conventions decided last, first for Asian names in article titles?
