I agree that ID means lotsa other things.  But so far as I can tell, there is a lot of energy being devoted here in CZ to Intelligent Design, and they are calling it ID throughout.  In Wikipedia they have something called disambiguity, if I recall, that lists various things such as "Big Three" or common names such as "Jack Crawford", in an article, with descriptions and links to the relevant one.  I'm sure that the same will happen here in CZ if it hangs around long enough.... But since a person started out why not guide along side and help out without jumping in and rewrite it yourself. :as I perceived it, just some people are very sensitive when it comes to criticism. And in the process of creating an article many are irritated easily. That is the main reason - specially when I see the effort and dislike the chosen path - I only comment on the talk page in mild words and do very minor edits to get the article in a better way. As you said yourself, sometimes you come to think: darn let me write it - but that would only create a problem where none was ontended or eneded. I tried to make it clear in the very first comment on the talk page that the article was a "work in progress" and could contain errors,  in this case an incomplete tex expression.  I thought it was OK that a non-approved stub article could contain a very obvious error for a few hours.  Was I wrong about that?

:just do not overdo the amount, remember: leek-onions-chive-spring onions all have somewhat the same palate, basil and oregano are ok (and garlic of course), one or two thin leeks will be too much but a nice sturdy leek is just enough taste to add to the flavor. In some regions zucchini (gourgette) is used as well - though I do not favor that taste. But as with all cooking it is just a matter of balance and taste: you want to know what it is you are eating - don't overdo any of the ingredients. In case of bologne tomatoes are one of the basic ingredients so you can (mis)use them as you wish. Het gevoel dat jij nu hebt heb ik dus al vanaf october 2006. Vanaf juni 07 was voor mij de maat vol en heb ik maar eens een afwachtende houding gezocht. Macromolecular Chemistry is het artikel, verwijzing op mijn pagine. Alleen editors kunnen het nomineren en het tot een geplaatst artikel promoveren. Aangezien ik vrijwel een jaar lang de enige actieve was kon dat dus niet. Overigens amsterdam had ik ook kunnen pennen, als geboren en getogen mokummer - jordanees uit de westerstraat :). In the meantime I looked somewhat at the article, and I see some sentences that I do not completely understand. I could make a copy of the article somewhere and make some changes into a direction that imho would be clearer (guessing the meaning of unclear sentences), or I could do it in the article itself, after which you can run a diff and change things back if necessary. Hi Robert...  I guess managing an international database has it's difficulties.  I am indeed showing my USA bias.  The American Chemical Society and the International Union of Pure and Applied Chemistry (IUPAC), which we use for nomenclature, have both standardized on "Silicon" for element 14 [http://www.iupac.org/reports/periodic_table/index.html].

nope I can only see the Isotopes subpage, but the added "lege test" page (generic test name) is not shown. If I use "lege test" as only subpage it doesn't show as well. Only Isotopes as subpage seems to work - that makes it a specific solution not a generic. PHP is able to handle variables to create "any name" subpages, and more than one for that matter. It would be neat if on the metadata page you could fill in subpage name ="some name" and find a button to create another sub[age with subpage name="another name". If that is impossible then we have a specific solution only to be used for the elements - so be it. If however it is possible we would have a very agile and versatile linking system of pages and possible subpages. Makes "deepening links" for more detailed information an easy/easier process. cheers, at least thanks for now. :It depends how you define generic.  In this case I define it generic since the isotopes subpage can be used for any article. But this is neither here nor there. The way it is set up now is so that the subpages are clearly defined; see [[CZ:Subpages#List_of_subpage_types]]. This is why "lege test" does not show up as a tab since the subpages template is not looking for it. The point is to prevent random subpages being created willy nilly, however, i can see a need for some articles that might need a highly specific subpage name.  If the name is rarely used then there is no need for it to be defined in the subpages set. Instead, as you suggest, it can just be listed on the metadata template such that an 'article specific' subpage will show up as a functional tab.
