Minor nit: subarticle (or section) rather than subpage. It would be perfectly reasonable for you to suggest that on the group theory talk page, and discuss merging it, or linking to it, perhaps via Related Articles.
The problem here is that this is an inactive page and a comment may not be seen, but it would be on Group Theory. I'm not a Mathematics Editor, but it would not seem unreasonable even to merge this information and put a
