The Microsoft Corporation is a computer technology company, founded in 1975 by Bill Gates, known largely for their work in the software industry. Microsoft is the creator of the Windows operating system, which claims a market share as the operating system of over 97%[1] of Personal Computers in the world. Microsoft is also known for their outstandingly popular gaming console, the Xbox, the Zune mp3 player, as well as such software as Office.
