Onslow County is in the southeastern Coastal Plain region of North Carolina, United States.
Onslow County had an estimated population of 159,700 people in 2004. Jacksonville is the county seat, and is also the site of Camp LeJeune Marine Base. The county was named in honor of Arthur Onslow, Speaker of the House of Commons in the British Parliament.
